Activated Carbon Filter:
Our kit includes an activated carbon filter with a 6'' flange. With an overall size of 18" H x 10" D, this filter boasts a carbon layer thickness of 1.5 inches, providing exceptional odor control and better privacy. The filter's zinc-anodized steel housing mesh and use of coal-based activated carbon make it highly efficient, with an iodine adsorption value of 950. Additionally, the filter's reversible flange and base contribute to its longer lifespan. Operating in temperatures ranging from -20 to 65 degrees Celsius, and with a maximum endurable temperature of 400 degrees Celsius, this filter ensures safety and durability. Its 1-1.5 year lifespan guarantees long-term performance.
6" Inline Duct Fan:
To complement the activated carbon filter, our ventilation kit includes a 6" inline duct fan. With a power consumption of 174 watts, this fan operates at 120V60HZ, 1.45 amps, and 2780 RPM, delivering a powerful airflow rate of 460 CFM. This lightweight and easy-to-install fan comes pre-wired with a junction box, strain relief, and power cord. Its fluted ends allow for easy connection with ducting, while its low noise operation ensures a quiet environment for your growing room.
Silver Flex Ducting:
The ventilation kit also includes 25 feet of 6" double layer silver flex ducting. Made from elastic double silver layers, this ducting ensures flexibility and durability, enabling easy installation and connection between the carbon filter and the inline duct fan.
Clamps:
To secure the ducting in place, we provide two 6" adjustable galvanized steel clamps. These clamps offer a strong grip and ensure a tight connection, preventing air leaks and maximizing the efficiency of the ventilation system.
